If you''re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation, we''d love to hear from you!Job DescriptionReporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice matching and coding to payment processingProcessing both domestic and international payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policiesMonitoring and reconciling supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely mannerSetting up new vendors and maintaining supplier records in line with audit and compliance standardsSupporting internal and external audits through accurate reporting and documentationAssisting with month-end close activities and providing ad hoc support to the finance team as requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will bring proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role within a high-volume environment. They will be confident working with large volumes of transactions and demonstrate strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. A sharp eye for detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines are essential.
