This role will encompass all Tourism brands within the organisation but have a key lens on wellness and hot springs in Australia.The Marketing Manager Wellness & Tourism AU will report into the CMO, will align with the GM of Wellness and work closely with the Head of Guest Experience, Head of Digital and Head of Communications. While focused on Hepburn Bathhouse, this role also encompasses future wellness opportunities at Belgravia Leisure.Roles and Duties:This position aligns with our C.L.E.A.R values and reports to the CMO.Customer FocusedYou will be group owner of Australian Tourism brand guidelines whilst ensuring local relevance, both culturally and from a visitor experience perspective. Such brand goals will always align with business objectives.All campaigns you deliver are developed and refined with the guest at their heart, and are dedicated to increasing revenue and are supported where necessary by PR.As a social media expert, you will be responsible for building and rolling out the social media calendar across all key social channelsYou will understand the customer guest journey on site and through the pre-arrival journey. Your marketing plans and strategies will align with this.You will work with the Head of Design to brief and develop high quality creative assets for campaigns and communications in accordance with brand guidelines that entice and engage the core and secondary guests.LeadershipYou will line manage, mentor and coach the Marketing Executive and Coordinator for BPro ParksYou will work with the CMO and for GM of Wellness to create and manage the development & execution of domestic marketing strategy as well as ownership and implementation of an international Trade strategy.AccountabilityYou will develop and roll out high quality and effective marketing materials that align with the overall brand, product, vision & strategy digital and print.You will deliver and respond back to strategic plans, with the aim of driving visitation to meet targets and drive secondary spend.ResultsYou will work with department leads to develop an annual marketing strategy and campaign initiatives as outlined in the strategic plan. This includes participation in leadership circles supporting each brand segment.ExcellenceYou will continually seek best practice by challenging the current strategy and highlighting areas of weakness.
