You will oversee service quality, compliance, documentation, and participant onboarding. Youll juggle multiple priorities from handling new participant setups and resolving staffing or client issues, to refining internal systems and supporting staff development. No two days will look the same, and success in this role depends on your ability to adapt quickly and work across competing demands. You''ll manage support worker rostering, liaise with participants, and guide staff toward delivering truly tailored, person-centred support. Youll be in the field when needed, building relationships and ensuring quality across services.
