If you''re passionate about great food, outstanding customer service, and leading by example, wed love to hear from you.What You''ll Be DoingAs the Grocery Manager, youll oversee all aspects of the grocery department, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting a team with training and day-to-day guidanceManaging stock levels and inventory accuracyHandling orders, receiving deliveries, and maintaining stock rotationEnsuring high standards in product presentation, merchandising, and cleanlinessHandling customer queries and complaints professionallyConducting regular quality control and date checks on grocery productsManaging rosters and scheduling in line with store templatesExecuting opening and closing procedures as requiredSupporting the floor team to fill gaps and maintain an organised storeUpholding and enforcing company policies and proceduresCollaborating with upper management on operational improvementsWhat Were Looking ForWe''re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with integrity.
