The Risk & Ethics brings our purpose to life by helping PwC to identify and manage risks to achieve our Firms strategy and purpose. We deliver both the uplift required from Firmwide Risk itself, but also in Risks contribution to firmwide transformation, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular resultsYoull help solve complex problems by using your skills in:Business ResilienceStrong attention to detailQuantitative and Qualitative data analysisIn our Risk & Ethics team, your impact will be seen by:Maintaining, reviewing and revising PwCs Business Continuity Management System in line with ISO 22301: 2019 including:Governance & FrameworkBusiness Impact AnalysisBusiness Continuity Plans and SolutionsTraining and AwarenessExercise and TestingMaintenance, Monitoring, Reporting & ReviewingUndertaking Quality Reviews and providing feedback on deliverables to coordinator teams and report to top managementConducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats such as natural disasters, Cyber Risks, hardware failures, etc. which can disrupt critical business services and non- availability of IT systems and other dependenciesCollaborating with technology and risk management teams to prioritize risks based on their potential impact on business operationsPerforming monitoring and data analysis to deliver insights on risk management practice work Governance Risk and ComplianceDeveloping scenarios/exercises to be performed to test the various incident response plans and Business Continuity solutionsManaging incidents where a One Firm approach is requiredMaintaining, provide training and develop playbooks to support the use of the ServiceNow Business Continuity Module including managing any enhancementsMore About YouYou previously worked in an environment where adhering to procedures and handling events provided you a solid understanding of the significance of an effective compliance frameworkYou have a strong attention to detail and quantitative and qualitative data analysis and data manipulation skills that drive insights to inform commercial and market decision makingYou have the ability to prioritise issues based on business criticality as well as being able to navigate ambiguity.
