Job Title APAC Salesforce Technical Consultant Job Description Summary About the Role:Our Salesforce Technical Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within Cushman & Wakefield. The primary scope of this position involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications. We are looking for an individual that will be part of a global team responsible for continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. Our Salesforce platform is a key foundation in our company strategy. We are looking for someone who can support our users across the Asia Pacific region. This role offers potential growth into a Salesforce Solution Architect position. Job Description About You: Analyze business rules & processes with stakeholders to refine requirements and make recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including data models, workflows, process diagrams, and user stories. Work with developers and administrators to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration. Perform testing and quality assurance to validate Salesforce solutions against business needs. Provide support and training to end users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges. Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements, system optimizations, and new functionalities within Salesforce. Design and configure innovative solutions to meet business requirements. Manage all Asia Pacific user stories, ensuring delivery based on business priorities. Participate in UAT, develop test scenarios, report bugs, and investigate issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure best practice design and implementation of Salesforce systems. Requirements Understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment. Ability to interpret user needs into application and operational requirements. Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflows, flows, validation rules, and security controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner of new clients, business needs, and technologies. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team. Flexibility and willingness to perform various tasks. Drive to learn and grow technical and functional skills. Attributes Detail-oriented and focused on requirements and acceptance criteria. Confident with extensive Salesforce knowledge for problem-solving. Strong analytical, organizational, and product management skills. Effective presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Other Proactively review and improve devops processes and workplace experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide relief services during leave and overload periods. Background and Experience At least 3+ years of Salesforce experience. Salesforce Certifications (minimum): Advanced Administrator Business Analyst Platform App Builder Platform Developer 1 Sharing & Visibility Architect Experience with Salesforce implementation through the full SDLC. Qualifications & Technical Skills Salesforce Certifications (minimum): as listed above. Salesforce Technical Architect Certification (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL Queries.
