This will include:People management of 15 staff including a lead packer and 4-5 casualsConducting daily toolbox talksChecking materials and equipmentUsing SAP to set up line - picking and staging materialsAdhering too and monitoring for strict GMP protocolsConducting daily reportingSupporting upcoming projects - automated packaging machinery, smart scaleSome hands on packagingThe Successful ApplicantOur successful candidate will have experience in a production or packing environment within food, fmcg, med devices, pharma or other GMP environment and bagging, labelling or packaging machines.
