Join to apply for the Brewing Team Leader role at Supply Chain Services LLC, A Peak Technologies Company.Your Impact: As a Brewing Team Leader within our Cascade Brewery in South Hobart, you will be responsible for leading the team of brewing operators to achieve performance targets. This includes providing leadership, planning, and task allocation to ensure adequate coverage and output. You will work closely with operators across all brewing areas, support in assessing quality issues, and respond to breakdowns.Key Responsibilities:Ensure process changes are implemented as per instructions from Technical Brewers.Manage end-to-end brewing planning (wort production through filtration).Ensure correct and timely entry of process data into systems.Complete accurate shift admin and reports.Monitor and control processes, taking corrective actions as needed.Share information and instructions in meetings to focus on closing shift performance gaps.Facilitate effective teamwork through role allocation, tracking, and conflict resolution.About You:Experience leading operations teams in fast-paced environments like Brewing, Dairy, or Pharma, with strong analytical and leadership skills.Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.Degree qualification in Science, Engineering, or related discipline (highly advantageous).Passion for brewing; currently undertaking or completed IBD (highly advantageous).Why Asahi Beverages?At Asahi Beverages, we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
