Established in Sydney in 2001, we now operate over 150 stores nationwide and have a thriving online store shipping worldwide.About The RoleWe are seeking a Future Leader to step into the Store Manager position at our Mildura store!The Store Manager will foster a vibrant, positive team environment prioritizing exceptional customer service, driving the stores financial performance to meet and exceed targets, providing effective training, managing daily store operations, visual merchandising, and exemplifying company values and strategies.Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent, expert customer service, developing product knowledge, managing stock levels, maintaining visual appeal, and overseeing health and safety.Additionally, you will assist in staff rostering, sales and stock management, and talent recruitment to develop future leaders.About YouYou will be a brand ambassador, embodying Ally Fashions core values of Customer-Centricity, Excellence, Honesty, and Innovation, with a passion for mentoring others. Flexibility to work rotational weekends and late nights is required. You should have solid store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably fashion, with a proven track record of achieving sales and performance goals.
