Executive Director, Regulatory Operations, Liquor and Gaming NSWRare opportunity to drive business transformation and compliance, assurance and enforcement strategy relating to gambling and liquor regulation in a high-impact executive leadership roleSydney based roleOngoing Public Service Senior Executive (PSSE) Band 2 with a total remuneration package of $293,787 to $329,941The Hospitality and Racing division within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport (DCITHS) plays a critical role in fostering a safe, responsible, and thriving environment for liquor and gaming venues, racing and wagering industries, and responsible gambling initiatives across NSW. Our work goes beyond regulation; it''s about fostering sustainable growth, community safety, and ensuring that NSW remains a premier destination for world-class hospitality and entertainment.About the roleAs Executive Director, Regulatory Operations, Liquor & Gaming NSW, you will lead compliance, enforcement, probity, assurance and intelligence across the Hospitality and Racing Division. With responsibility for leading the delivery of an intelligence-led, risk-based regulatory model, this role will strengthen sector integrity and public confidence in the regulation of liquor, gaming, wagering, and casino operations across the state.Stewarding the branch and organisation through agency and regulatory reforms and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in conceptualising and driving the delivery of contemporary regulatory frameworks and critical operational priorities.
