The litigation team acts for clients in all areas of commercial disputation.The opportunityWe have an opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our impressive and highly regarded Litigation practice working with Partner Craig Powell on largescale commercial litigation matters. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside Sean O''Donnell and George Angelinas on complex contractual, property, and equity disputes.AccountabilitiesComplex international commercial litigation mattersDealing directly with CounselWorking collaboratively with team of experienced lawyersPrepare, predict and advise as to possible outcomes associated with litigationConduct comprehensive legal research on complex and evolving commercial issuesDealing with clients to provide strategic and commercial advice on risk, dispute resolution and litigation strategyTo succeed in this role, ideally you''ll have7+ years PAEcommercial disputes experience in large commercial mattersstrong management of large-scale document production and discovery processstrategic and critical thinking capabilitiesstrong leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohortstrong practice management and attention to detailHow to applyTo apply, please submit your CV via the Apply function.
