This includes permanent and temporary recruitment and flexible workforce solutions.The focus of this position is to be part of a multi-disciplined team capable of performing a wide range of Labouring duties within the Childers region.Key Responsibilities:The position involves manual labouring for maintenance and construction works, including but not limited to the following: Maintaining a safe working environment Working with mobile plant Working at Heights and Confined Spaces Working on Bridges, Major Culverts and Roads Placing and finishing concrete Sprayed bituminous and asphalt work Setting up simple formwork and steel fixing Installation of road and bridge furniturePosition Requirements:Mandatory: Ability to complete Working at Heights Certificate Possession of a Construction Industry General Safety Induction Card. Ability to complete Working in Proximity to Traffic course prior to commencement. Demonstrated physical fitness and capability to undertake manual labouring work. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to ensure that outcomes are achieved. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with a variety of internal and external parties. Ability to undergo a clear Police Check Ability to pass both Pre-employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Testing Possession of a current Class MR or HR Drivers Licence.
