We provide expert, compassionate care to children and families in a calm and professional environment.We are currently looking for a reliable and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (35 days per week). This is a great opportunity to work in a growing childrens clinic that values teamwork, empathy, and patient-centred service.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet children and their families with warmth and professionalismManage appointments and coordinate schedules for specialistsAnswer phones and respond to enquiries in a timely, helpful mannerHandle patient paperwork and maintain accurate recordsSupport doctors and practice manager with admin tasksScan, fax, and file documents as requiredMaintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all timesAbout YouYoure organised, friendly, and confident in handling front-desk responsibilities in a clinical setting.
