This role involves providing excellent customer service support to both internal and external clients, managing inquiries across multiple channels, and collaborating closely with team members to deliver timely and effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails promptly and professionallyRespond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and ensure timely follow-upAddress customer concerns, issues, and complaints with tact and diplomacyOrganise, file, and archive customer service documentation accuratelyEscalate product quality or service issues to the relevant internal teamsWork towards meeting and exceeding key performance metricsComply with company policies, quality standards, and procedural requirementsRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of corporate or departmental customer service experience handling multiple communication channels (phone, email, etc.)Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is essentialStrong typing skills with accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle challenging customers calmly and professionallyHigh attention to detail and ability to learn complex product informationAustralian citizen, permanent resident, or holding Protection/Asylum statusPersonal AttributesReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a teamStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFocused, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer serviceIf you meet the above criteria and are looking for a stable, rewarding opportunity to grow your customer service career, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
