This will also be facilitated with 8 hours of non-contact time per week to specifically carry out the Educational Leader role.This is a full time role with an above award rate of $41.92 per hour.About youYou will be a passionate Educational Leader committed to delivering a superior service for children, their parents and educators. You will:Possess the ability to positively network and build effective working relationships with all stakeholdersBe able to inform and imbed learning and development theories and curriculum approachesHave the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve set goals and outcomesPossess excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to delegate, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQualifications and LicencesDiploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent via ACECQAMinimum 5 years experience in the ECEC sectorFirst Aid and CPR certificationAnaphylaxis and Asthma certificationYMCA Victoria (the Y) has robust policies and practicesto prevent harm to children and young people.
