Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead remediation programs focused on credit card and consumer product issues. This role is responsible for ensuring fair customer outcomes and compliance with regulatory requirements, working across product, risk, legal, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of credit card and product remediation initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations (e.g. ASIC RG 277). Manage root cause analysis, impact assessment, customer treatment strategies, and compensation execution. Oversee program governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across business and compliance teams. Ensure audit-ready documentation and evidence for regulatory review and internal assurance. Drive customer-centric outcomes with a focus on transparency and fairness. Requirements Strong experience in program or project management, ideally in banking or financial services. Experience in consumer remediation, particularly in credit cards or retail products. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and customer obligations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills. Background in risk, compliance, or legal considered a plus.
