Kingfisher Bay Resort, K''gari (Fraser Island) About the Role Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager with ensuring departmental operations run in accordance to company standard at all times. The role is responsible for the vital coordination and supervision of the day-to-day functioning of Food and Beverage staff and outlets at Kingfisher Bay Resort. Other responsibilities include meeting and exceeding customers'' needs and service expectations, maximizing profitability, ensuring team members are trained to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Standard, and supporting all team members in all areas of the operation.
