The goal is to create value for EY clients, people and society more broadly at the intersection of strategy, transaction services and transformation.Transaction Strategy and Execution is a dedicated team within the EY-Parthenon division that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments.We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction, including value creation, synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence and supporting the integration or separation process. Some of your responsibilities include:Developing and presenting key deliverables to clientsIdentifying key client risks, issues and mitigating these ahead of timeAnalysing and evaluating a companys financialsManaging engagement teams and leading by the EY valuesActing as the main point of contact to our clientReporting directly to Directors and PartnersSupporting in business development activitiesCollaborating widely with the broader EY-Parthenon division and other teams within EYWhat Were Looking ForWe have a wide range of clients and projects of different sizes, industries and regions.
