As a BDR, youll be on the front lines researching prospects, initiating conversations, and identifying qualified opportunities that feed directly into our sales pipeline. Your efforts will help connect potential clients with the value of our solutions and support Quartex in broadening its reach and impact.Were currently looking for two full-time Business Development Representatives to join our Perth team. In this role, you will be responsible for:Identify high-value prospects in mining, industrial operations, and remote workforces using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.Run targeted outreach campaigns across email, phone, and social channels to engage decision-makers.Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand needs and assess fit for Quartexs solutions.Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate records of outreach and lead status.Collaborate with Account Executives to book meetings and hand over qualified leads smoothly.Share insights from prospect conversations to improve messaging and outreach.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product updates to drive engaging conversations.About youWere looking for someone whos proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives on meaningful conversations.
