As Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital, youll oversee strategy and performance across five Accor-branded properties: Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, Pullman Cairns International, Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, Hotel Woolstore 1888 Handwritten Collection, and Peppers Marysville.This full-time role is ideally based with the team on the Sunshine Coast, but Cairns is also an option for the right candidate, with flexible working arrangements available. If youre a hands-on leader who excels in creative thinking, achieving commercial outcomes, and motivating teams, this is your next big move.What Youll Do:Lead and mentor the marketing team across brand, digital, communications, and content.Enhance digital performance via SEO, SEM, web analytics, social media, and distribution platforms.Align marketing initiatives with property-level commercial goals in partnership with Sales and Revenue teams.Oversee content creation, including photography, video, and editing, to highlight each propertys unique features.Manage campaign delivery from concept through performance tracking, including paid media and PR.Support loyalty programs and partnerships to increase guest retention and revenue.Utilize data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and optimize ROI.Maintain brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints, from signage to social media.Ready to make your mark on a growing, bold portfolio?
