With a focus on ensuring robust tax governance, managing risks, and driving value-added strategic initiatives, this role requires an exceptional professional to lead tax-related operations across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK and Australia.About The RoleAs a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing this organisation''s UK and Australian tax obligations. With a focus on ensuring robust tax governance, managing risks, and driving value-added strategic initiatives, this role requires an exceptional professional to lead tax-related operations across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK and Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Compliance ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with both Australian and UK tax laws.Liaise with external advisors and regulatory authorities as required.Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies aligned with business objectives.Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation, ensuring proactive adaptation of policies.Oversee tax provisioning and reporting in compliance with IFRS standards.About YouProfessional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CTA) with a strong academic background in taxation or accounting.Extensive experience in UK tax, with complementary expertise in Australian tax laws and practices.Proven track record in both tax compliance and strategic tax advisory roles.Experience in a large global environment or with large multinational organisations is highly desirable.
