Review and explore new business strategies to keep revenue generation at a sustainable level in concurrence with the annual budget and leasing targets.Formulate and implement marketing strategies for Australias commercial and other properties as assigned.Translation of marketing strategies into action plans and the execution of these plans.Review and lead in strategising and implementing initiatives to enhance and preserve the asset value of the commercial properties assigned.Work through appointed property and facility managers to ensure smooth operations and proper engineering management and compliance and that all service and preventive maintenance programs are carried out regularly and effectively.Evaluate maintenance/upgrading works requests, review M&E upgrading plans and maintenance requirements, including scope, specifications, technical designs and costs estimates, as well as contracts and agreements.Evaluate service delivery, operations efficiency and performance of properties and report progress to the Management.Ensure works carried out by contractors are in accordance with approved plans, contract specifications and regulations.Manage tenants/contractors issues, assess needs and level of support required, seeking to ensure excellent landlord-tenant relationshipsEnsure that all policies and procedures are properly documented and consistently reviewed to meet changing industry regulations or licensing requirements.Assist with preparation of operational and capital budgets and responsible for monitoring expenditureHow do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
