This dynamic role will see you leading and supporting the in-house maintenance teams across the day-to-day operations to ensure that the Sydney property including all plant, equipment and essential building services, operate effectively, efficiently and deliver business continuity, 24/7.Youll also play a key role in managing emergency events that may present safety risks to guests and staff, as well as property and asset damage such as fires, floods, building evacuation and other events.
