These values shape everything we do from our service to our people and the way we give back to the Macarthur region.About The RoleAs a Senior Catering Supervisor, youll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our busy food and beverage outlets across our multiple venues. Reporting to the Catering Services Manager, you''ll be responsible for supervising shifts, leading our catering team, managing customer feedback and ensuring that all areas of our food service meet our high standards of quality, service, and presentation.This is an exciting hands-on role that offers the opportunity to mentor a diverse team and help drive innovation in food service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise our front of house catering teamEnsure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across multiple food outletsMaintain the highest levels of customer service and member satisfactionProvide coaching, training and support to team membersMonitor stock levels, wastage, and assist with ordering as requiredMaintain compliance with health and safety procedures and requirementsLiaise with Chefs and management on daily operational requirements as neededSupport the Catering Services Manager with rostering, reporting, and staff performance managementAbout YouWere looking for a confident and organised hospitality professional who brings a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
