Heres How Youll Do It: Greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries Cover reception and undertake general administration duties including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports Liaise extensively with our clients including children, adults, some with complex needs, and clients from multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting Assist Clinicians with clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids What Youll Bring We believe the successful candidate will thrive in a client-centred environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service while managing complex medical administration.
