Due to increasing client demand for their SaaS solutions and internal promotions, they are looking for a Portfolio Manager. This role will lead 6 client-facing Delivery Managers. Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Delivery Excellence Oversee a growing portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, profitability. Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Supervise and support Delivery Managers during the pre-sales process, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project scope. Resource Planning & Post-Delivery Support Lead resource planning efforts, ensuring proactive identification of resource gaps or bench time risks. Leadership & Team Development Foster a culture of mentorship and development, providing professional growth opportunities for Delivery Managers.
