You will be successfully quoting, project-managing and underwriting representation and warranty insurance policies in connection with M&A transactions, and your commercial experience will help you to build strong relationships with lawyers, bankers and brokers - winning new business, structuring and negotiating bespoke insurance policies.Youll be joining a diverse and innovative team - our TL team is already made up of incredible professionals from an array of sectors including Underwriting, Corporate and M&A Law, Investment Banking, Accountancy and Tax.
