Youll join a structured team that supports professional growth, offers real flexibility, and is deeply invested in improving outcomes for individuals across all age groups and backgrounds.Whats on offer:$90,000 to $120,000 + superannuationFull-time, part-time, or 9-day fortnight optionsAverage billable expectation of 5 hours per dayFlexible working model with WFH optionsSelf-managed calendar with autonomy over your scheduleClients matched to your local area where possibleBroad assessment tools and therapeutic care deliveryOngoing clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional developmentSupportive multidisciplinary teams (Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals)Team-based model with over 50 practitioners, grouped into pods of 5 with a dedicated Team LeaderFree on-site or nearby parkingWork exclusively Monday to Friday no weekend workAbout the Role:This is a rewarding opportunity to provide psychological support and assessment services in a community-based, flexible environment in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. Youll work with individuals across all age ranges, delivering evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, DBT) and conducting a wide range of psychological assessments, including cognitive, psychoeducational, school readiness, autism, ADHD, and decision-making capacity.Youll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team structure, with the autonomy to shape your calendar and caseload around your preferred working style and availability.
