Suitable for children aged five to 12 years, we offer before and after school care and school holiday programs.About the OpportunityThe Y Victoria is currently recruiting for a Regional Manager who is committed, passionate, and energetic, dedicated to empowering educators in inspiring school-aged children. As an Operational Leader, you will be responsible for:Supporting regions from Bendigo to Yarrawonga (Shire of Moira).Conducting monthly in-person check-ins with the team.Leading a team of Coordinators to implement fun, high-quality programs for children.Building strong, positive relationships with school communities and stakeholders.Supporting the growth and development of OSHC leaders.This key leadership role oversees the daily operations and strategic development of Before and After School Care and School Holiday Programs across a cluster of services.This is a permanent full-time role with a base salary of $93k + super.We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee operations across the Bendigo and Goulburn Valley regions. While regional connection is important, relocation isn''t always necessary this role offers flexibility.Youll work primarily from home, managing your schedule and completing most responsibilities remotely.
