The team focuses on moving revenue-tied metrics and is dedicated to retaining customers by creating programs that encourage repeat usage.About the RoleAs a Senior Associate, CRM Marketing, you will develop strategic programs and communications to increase customer retention and engagement via email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions. Reporting to the Manager of Retention Marketing, you will focus on key customer segments, delivering the right message at the right time through the appropriate channel.
