We are one team, helping to connect and shape a better Melbourne.About the RoleThe Reporting and Contracts Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing and generating reports for the delivery of Operational Control and Management Systems (OCMS) projects, ensuring that all Department of Transport (DTP) contractual obligations are fulfilled.This role will cover for parental leave until the end of December 2025, with the possibility of an extension, and will be based at 700 Collins Street (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain data collection systems to support business decisions and ensure alignment with Melbourne Metro Trains (MTM) obligations.Create graphs, tables, and dashboards with metrics and insights for decision-making.Oversee and produce required OCMS Reports in line with MTMs Commercial Agreement.Manage the OCMS Risk & Compliance Tracker and monitor the completion of obligation actions.Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on governance, reporting, and communication with the Department of Transport.About YouYou will be towards the start of your career with some experience in a similar reporting, analytical or governance position.Experience in eliciting requirements and developing reports to a high quality.Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Demonstrated analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Please click apply to submit your application by 11.59pm, Sunday 16 March 2025.Metros commitment to a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive cultureMetro acknowledges the Victorian Traditional Owners of the land on which our rail network operates, the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation.At Metro, we know that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company is a more innovative and successful one that reflects the communities we serve.
