This role includes conceptualising, filming, editing, and delivering attention-grabbing content across key social media platforms. You''ll join the Marketing team working closely with Brand Partnerships and Creative teams to engage youth through innovative storytelling.ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, film, and edit captivating real-life short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.Transform briefs from brands and senior leadership into engaging, social-first content aligned with brand goals.Manage the complete social content production process from ideation to posting, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.Stay updated on cultural trends, quickly adapting them into relevant, authentic content.Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities to boost audience engagement and effectively communicate brand messages.Create visual and written social content, including graphics, tiles, and impactful short-form copy (Independently or via briefing internal graphic designers/creative team members).Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and community management teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and engagement.Develop and maintain a clear, appealing, and consistent tone that resonates with target audiences.Coordinate with production teams to capture spontaneous and planned moments for maximum engagement.Monitor content performance, using analytics to optimise and refine strategies continuously.Manage posting schedules, ensuring consistent, responsive, and frequent content delivery.Requirements:Proven success in creating engaging short-form social video content for high-profile brands or digital platforms.Strong skills in video filming and editing, preferably with iPhone and tools like CapCut.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling tailored to diverse social media platforms and young audiences.Proficient with social media posting tools.Deep understanding of Gen Alpha and Gen Z cultural trends and how to creatively engage these audiences.Highly organised, capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects with attention to detail.Our OfferIf youre excited to bring our socials to life working with some of the most-loved content on the internet that brings smiles to millions of children across the globe, whilst working in a fun-loving, multi-disciplinary team, then what are you waiting for?
