This role combines expertise in data & tax technology, commercial insight, and product innovation to manage workflow automation and analytics solutions that provide measurable value to corporate tax teams and professionals in Big 4 and Tier 2 firms. As the Senior Commercial Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory changes, market trends, and our overall APAC business and software strategy. You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and channel partners to develop transformative solutions for corporate tax professionals. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Customer Empathy Define and execute the product vision and strategic roadmap for direct tax products (e.g., corporate income tax, transfer pricing, tax provisioning). Understand evolving customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research, including customer meetings and feedback from sales, account management, consulting, and support teams. Monitor market, technology trends, and regulatory changes to inform product innovation. Commercial Focus Drive product profitability and revenue growth via pricing strategies, upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion in collaboration with internal teams. Develop commercial models supporting revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention. Work with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and sales tools. Analyze market segments, customer insights, and competitors to guide strategic decisions. Product Innovation & Delivery Lead product innovation driven by customer insights and platform data. Coordinate with product owners, UX, engineering, and compliance to deliver user-friendly, compliant solutions. Prioritize features based on customer value and technical feasibility. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all direct tax product matters. Engage with tax advisors, corporate clients, and regulators to present product strategies and offerings. Report on product performance and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders. Customer & Partner Collaboration Partner with internal teams to develop models supporting revenue growth. Collaborate across sales, consulting, marketing, support, and channel partners to shape innovative offerings. About You At least 5 years of experience in tax & data transformation within a Big 4 firm or large corporation. Deep understanding of data insights and tax automation workflows across corporate and professional sectors. Passion for customer-led innovation leveraging data and technology in tax solutions. Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in SaaS (preferred). Bachelors degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or related fields. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to support strategic decisions cross-functionally.
