Our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has established us as a leading provider in the market.Based out of our Melbourne head office, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring a high-performing team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring they effectively engage with real estate professionals to drive lead generation for utility services.You will also focus on building strong partnerships with Real Estate Directors and Property Managers, working closely with them to integrate CRM-driven utility solutions into their workflows. In addition, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and play a key role in shaping the companys sales strategy, performance metrics, and growth initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:Lead, manage, and mentor a national team of BDMs across Australia and New Zealand, setting clear sales strategies and performance targets.Develop and execute national sales strategies to maximize lead generation and business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate Directors, Property Managers, and key industry stakeholders.Negotiate and collaborate with real estate leaders to integrate utility lead generation solutions into CRM and property management platforms.Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to BDMs to enhance their performance and engagement with clients.Optimize CRM systems and automation tools to improve lead capture and conversion rates.Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, customer data privacy laws, and industry best practices across both Australia and New Zealand.Attend real estate events and conferences to strengthen industry relationships and promote our solutions.Regularly report sales performance, insights, and growth opportunities to the COO to support strategic decision-making.Travel interstate and internationally (NZ) as required to support the team and develop business opportunities.About you:Proven experience in sales leadership within the real estate industry.A track record of successfully managing and developing a national (or international) team of BDMs.Strong expertise in CRM systems and property management solutions.Ability to build and nurture relationships with Real Estate Directors and Property Managers.Skilled in sales strategy development, stakeholder negotiation, and business growth.Deep understanding of lead generation for utility services and its integration into real estate operations.Knowledge of real estate compliance, customer data privacy, and energy market regulations in both Australia and New Zealand is highly beneficial.A motivational leader who can inspire and drive their team to achieve outstanding results.Experience in reporting to executive leadership, with the ability to provide insights and strategic recommendations.Willingness to travel interstate and internationally (NZ) to support the team and expand business opportunities.What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesNational & international leadership role with career growth opportunitiesDirect influence on company sales strategy, reporting to the COOHead office based in Melbourne with flexibility for travelA high-impact role where you can drive industry-wide changeCollaborative, high-performing, and results-driven work environmentWhy work with us?Wondering why you should join the YourPorter team?The answer is simple: We are fast growing and have big plansnow is the perfect to join our team and play a leading role in making these plans a reality.Our office is conveniently located across from Flinders Street station.
