It is our passion for the built environment, dedicated expert team, and ongoing commitment to excellence that drives our continued success.About the Role -We are seeking a well-rounded and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in both structural and finishes packages for high-end residential and commercial projects. This full-time, permanent role requires a proactive leader who can manage all aspects of site operationsfrom people management, early structural works through to final finisheswhile ensuring safety, quality, and program compliance. You will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing timelines and program, and delivering exceptional outcomes across all phases of construction.Responsibilities Lead and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery across structural and finishes stagesDevelop and manage short work construction programs, sequencing trades to optimise workflow and minimise delaysOversee structural works including concrete, steel, and framing packages with a strong technical understandingManage finishes packages with a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring premium outcomesPlan and implement critical site infrastructure (e.g., cranes, hoists, scaffolding)Maintain accurate site documentation using Procore and 1BreadcrumbUphold high standards of quality control and ensure compliance within design specificationsEnforce OHS policies and foster a culture of safety on siteAbout You -Relevant higher education/tertiary qualifications (Cert IV in Building and Construction as a minimum and Diploma in Building and Construction preferred)Proven experience on safe and quality focused delivery of high end multi-residential/commercial projects as a Site ManagerAbility to interpret shop drawings to ensure construction meets design, budget, and safety requirementsCollaborative approach when dealing with key stakeholders to drive project forward while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersThrives in a team environment and able to coach and mentor teams effectivelyProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and industry specific softwareReliable, trustworthy and passionate about your workMust have structures and basement experienceBenefits of working with us We offer a range of employee benefits including paid parental leave (paid superannuation guarantee while on unpaid leave for primary carers), competitive salary package, learning & development opportunities, and social connections with the wider group.
