Working closely with the Designer, you will support the creative vision while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the entire design processfrom initial research and CAD development to tech pack assistance and sample iteration.This role demands strong design intuition, technical fluency, and exceptional organisational skills. It''s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is passionate about crafting purposeful, considered collections. Your ability to interpret creative input and contribute to seamless execution will be integral to the teams success.This role is based at our Sydney Head Office on the Northern Beaches, reporting directly to the Design Room Manager, as well as working collaboratively alongside the Designer. This is a full-time position.As is for all staff, you are expected to uphold, safeguard, and promote POSSEs core values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, integrity, and responsible behaviour.Importance of this RoleYour work will be instrumental in enabling the Designer to focus on high-level creative design, with confidence that the technical, visual, and organisational elements of the process are being expertly managed. Youll play a key role in ensuring POSSE delivers collections that are both aesthetically elevated and commercially successful, bringing the brands vision to life with precision and purpose.OUTLINE OF DUTIES:Below is an overview of day-to-day duties and department ownership. From time to time, you will be required to take on responsibilities that are not listed below, as one-off projects or unusual circumstances arise.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development & SupportThis role is fundamental in bringing the Designers creative vision to life across all stages of concepting, development and execution.Assist in researching seasonal inspiration across colour, print, fabric, and silhouette aligned with POSSEs design direction.Create, develop, and send out sourcing boards as requestedsupporting fabric, trim, print, and overall concept research.Help prepare mood boards, concept decks, and storyboards for internal reviews and seasonal kick-off presentations.You will be expected to contribute conceptually, interpreting inspiration from the Director and Designer into creative assets, sketches, and styling ideas that align with the POSSE aesthetic.Create and update CAD sketches and coloured range boards throughout the design process.Support the Designer in compiling design presentations, line reviews and lookbooks.Assist with range editing and sample styling for key reviews, photoshoots, and fittings.Assist the Designer with the development of print assets.
