Job Description

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:o Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with company objectives.o Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to ensure profitability and market leadership.o Implement strategies to improve operations, drive revenue, and enhance overall performance.o Guide and direct the management team to achieve business goals.2. Distributor Management:o Build strong relationships with existing and prospective distributors.o Collaborate to establish sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.o Monitor performance and support distributors in achieving targets.o Evaluate distributor capabilities and facilitate effective communication.o Implement development programs to foster partnerships and maximize distribution.o Provide training and resources to improve distributor performance.o Conduct performance reviews and suggest improvements.3. Sales and Business Development:o Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.o Identify new business opportunities and target markets.o Conduct market analysis to stay informed on competitors, trends, and customer needs.o Manage relationships within the distributor network, ensuring alignment with company goals.4. Operations Management:o Ensure efficient daily operations across all business aspects.o Improve production, inventory, and supply chain processes.o Set and maintain product quality standards.o Implement best practices for operational efficiency and cost savings.5. Team Leadership and Development:o Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to management and staff.o Promote a positive work environment encouraging engagement, growth, and retention.o Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs.o Recruit and onboard skilled, motivated talent.6.
