Reporting to the Service Manager, in this role, you will work as part of a small team and supportive team who is responsible for new machine builds, service, repair, and diagnostics works of Liebherr Mobile and Crawler Cranes.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosisMajor and minor servicesMaintenance and component replacementsNew machines build as requiredComplete detailed service reportsExamination using specialist tools and equipmentMaintain the professional profile, high quality and Customer Service standardsUndertake training to gain new skills.About YouHold a recognised trade qualification in mechanical or electrical fieldDemonstrate good knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systemsExperience working on Mobile Cranes and related equipment is preferredExcellent diagnostic and computer skillsA current drivers licenseAble to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors and colleaguesWillingness to work overtime/on call when requiredBenefitsAdditional Week Bonus Leave, 5 in totalPaid Parental LeaveGenerous discounts for goods & services via our employee benefits program inc.
