So what does this team actually do? They delight the customer by provisioning prompt access to the purchased products. They also ensure that the billing details are correctly configured. The goal is to wow the customer with the initial provisioning effort and set a positive tone for subsequent customer experience. This team ensures the customer gets what they contracted for and that they are set up correctly for billing.Our Provisioning Consultant will be a hands-on role and responsible for configuring customer accounts, subscriptions, billing information, access permissions and manage user lifecycle. This role executes service provisioning requests, maintains CW-Core configurations, manages onboarding and service delivery for CreditorWatch customers.The role reports directly to our Provisioning Team Lead and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office.Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:Manage provisioning and billing setup for customers Timely delivery of customer provisioning processes and proceduresMoves/ Adds/ Changes (MACs) for all CreditorWatch customersManage day one customer setup (e.g. name-matching, data-washes& watch-list uploads)Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistentlyCoordinate with other departments to resolve complex provisioning issuesReview and action provisioning changesIdentify areas for process improvement and implement solutionsMaintain documentation of provisioning proceduresEnsure compliance with security policies and industry regulationsOur ideal candidate1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or IT provisioning or similar roleSome knowledge of provisioning processes and best practicesExperience with provisioning tools and systemsGood communication and interpersonal skillsSome project management experienceMore than just work Keep Active All employees get a Fitness First Platinum gym membership.
