More information on NewCold can be found onwww.newcold.com and our social media.The Site Manager is a member of the Operations Leadership team and is critical in delivering the site operations and is responsible for all activities associated with the movement and storage of goods within a high-volume autonomous facility. This role will oversee a broad diverse team as well as managing and improving the operations and efficiencies of the site.Main Duties:Operational management of a high volume fast paced site whilst meeting high levels of Customer Service with compliance to SLAs.Financial and performance delivery.Resource the site and resources.To plan and use physical resources (financial, premises, capital equipment, supplies and materials) effectively and efficiently.To ensure financial targets are met, including setting and agreeing budgets and regular monitoring of performance against budget.To manage the operation to meet customer requirements and continuously improve performance.Ensuring properly functioning warehouse teams, efficient planning of personnel and equipment.To monitor and report on KPIs and ensure that all employees strive to achieve high service levels as a priority.Ensuring the correct implementation of administrative duties on the site and drawing up invoices for clients.Maintaining contacts with clients, other businesses in the area, government authorities, temporary employment agencies etc.Gathering knowledge on logistical systems that may advance the operation.To provide clear, consistent and appropriate communication on the warehouse on progress and issues to be resolved.To develop and implement policies for using energy and recycling effectively.To take on such additional responsibilities and duties as are required.Skills & Qualifications: Degreeand or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management Min 5years in large sized manufacturing/warehouse and supply chain management Reportingand Financial Management (P&L responsibility) Siteperformance and KPI management Has astrong process and procedural focus Works inan encouraging and solution-oriented way Highlevel Customer Service with compliance to SLAs Environmental,Health and Safety Automationin Supply Chain/logistics Provenleadership CommercialAcumen Business Development Financeand budget SupplyChain/ Logistics Abilityto work under pressure Customercollaboration Advancedwarehousing capabilities Negotiationand building relationships internally and externally ComputerCompetencyAre you up for thejob?If you are interestedin this vacancy and would like to apply, please make sure that you leave yourCV in English.
