The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:The role of Australia Talent Manager is responsible for defining, designing, guiding, and implementing Ferreros talent management processes in Australia Business Unit and Plant, and is involved into Ferrero Asia Pacific Regional Talent and Learning processes and activities.This role involves collaboration with multiple functional stakeholders, as well as other People & Organization (P&O) teams to ensure effective processes in performance evaluation, competency modeling, career development frameworks, coaching and mentoring programs, talent acquisition and others.Main Responsibilities:Define and provide guidance for Ferrero talent management and learning processesImplement, guide, and monitor the performance evaluation process and results, supporting HR digitalization (Performance, Feedback, Forward) in collaboration with other P&O teamsDevelop and implement training and learning solutions for employees and line managers to ensure effective and meaningful development planningManage Ferrero Career Development Framework and support the local cascadingBuild and implement Ferreros competency model by function and level, in partnership with other P&O teams and possible external partnersManage Ferrero Groups Coaching and Mentoring program framework, ensuring local delivery and providing guidanceDevelop training and/or accreditation processes to ensure the correct understanding and implementation of learning, coaching and mentoring processesProvide a consolidated overview of the development plan of the job family and cross-functional talent needs (e.g., from Talent Acquisition to Development)Guarantee accurate performance analysis using relevant KPIs (Dashboard)Facilitate discussions on talent topics and support HRBP in talent topic discussions with line managersDefine, implement, and provide guidelines for programs format and executionSupport training for P&O and line managers to ensure they play an effective role in the full employee lifecycle processesPromote proper communication and cascading through the line managers to the teamsProvide relevant support in Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition activitiesBe aware of the market trends and bring in innovative ideas and approachesImplement, guide, and monitor the relevant platforms supporting the Talent and Learning processes digitalizationWho we are looking for:University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in developing and implementing learning strategy, performance evaluation processes, competency models, and others.Experience in multinational, matrix organization is preferredExperience in managing career development frameworks and coaching and mentoring programsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyHigh process management ability, adaptability and flexibility, hands-on approachAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize KPIs for performance analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholdersOpen mind, agility and ability to work in a fast growing, changing environmentUnderstanding of HR digitalization and relevant platforms use experienceAdvanced MS Office skillset, SAP knowledge is considered a plusHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
