We are seeking a Global Director Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning to join our Melbourne team. The Movember Institute of Men''s Health''s mission is to raise awareness of mens health issues and strengthen Movembers leadership in the sector. The Institute collaborates with partners to advocate for policy and practice reforms, aiming to improve understanding, investment, and services that address boys and mens health disparities. The Global Director Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning will report to the Global Director of Movember Institute of Mens Health and work closely with key leaders, including the Executive Director of Programs and the Global Director of Advocacy. This role oversees the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning team, supporting projects to meet Movembers charitable goals. It involves direct activity and team leadership, managing evaluation specialists, external evaluators, and stakeholder engagement to disseminate evaluation findings. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience designing, conducting, and applying monitoring and evaluation studies in relevant health domains. Leadership skills in managing evaluation teams and implementing science initiatives are essential. Requirements include: Postgraduate degree in a health-related field Proven expertise in research and evaluation project design and execution Minimum 10 years in scientific, population health, or health policy roles Strong stakeholder management skills, including international experience Strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills Leadership experience in team development and management Ability to connect research outcomes to organizational decision-making and learning Experience managing large budgets Desirable qualities: Experience working with government health agencies Contributions to health policy at local or national levels Experience in a global context Why work with Movember?
