Youll lead a team of high-calibre functional heads, report directly to the CEO, and contribute at board level to shape our growth strategy.This is a rare chance to join a category-defining company on the rise, with clear product-market fit, proven revenue streams, and big ambition.Youll build on whats already working, but bring the structure, discipline, and commercial acumen to help us scale, both in-region and globally.What You''ll LeadCommercial & Revenue StrategyDefine and execute a GTM strategy aligned to Onsides three-year growth objectivesOwn revenue outcomes across mid-market, enterprise, and channel/partner streamsShape new market entry strategies and influence product direction based on customer and market insightTeam LeadershipLead and grow a high-performing commercial team (currently 3 direct reports: Heads of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success)Build a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvementAlign cross-functional efforts to deliver on growth and customer outcomesEnterprise & Mid-Market SalesGuide complex deal strategy and enterprise sales executionEstablish scalable sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline disciplineIdentify strategic partnerships that expand reach and drive valueMarketing & Brand AlignmentPartner with marketing to refine our positioning, demand gen, and awareness strategiesEnsure brand, messaging, and campaigns support commercial and customer goalsCustomer Success & Lifetime ValueDrive post-sale engagement, retention, upsell, and advocacyBuild systems that scale customer success and create lasting valuePerformance, Insights & ReportingOwn revenue forecasting and commercial reportingPresent progress and strategic recommendations to the board and investorsIdentify and solve friction points in the commercial engineWhat You BringProven success in a senior commercial or revenue role within a SaaS or tech scale-up environmentExperience leading GTM strategy and building commercial functions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer SuccessStrong understanding of enterprise and mid-market sales cycles, including complex deal structuresA track record of entering and scaling in new marketsDemonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance teamsAnalytical and data-led mindset with sharp commercial judgementStrong board presence and executive communication skillsA genuine interest in rural innovation and solving real-world problemsExperience preparing a business for capital raising or M&AWhy OnsideAs our CRO, youll be joining at a pivotal moment - with the influence, backing, and autonomy to make a real mark.High Impact, High Visibility - Youll be the architect of our commercial future, reporting directly to the CEO and shaping strategy at board level.
