Pitch our scaleup like a probecause you''re not just hiring for roles, youre selling a mission.What We are Looking For 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (startup or high-growth environments = bonus points).A sixth sense for spotting great talentand the persistence to reel them in. Superpower-level communication and people skills.A flexible, get-it-done mindset. You thrive in ambiguity and like building things from scratch.
