Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.Job DescriptionAs a Head of Customer Experience and Growth, you will be working strategically with our current and prospective clients to drive mutual value creation and enduring partnerships across the Legal, Life Insurance, CTP and Workers Compensation/ Self Insurance sectors.We are looking for an exceptional person to take on this senior leadership role, collaborate with industry leaders & key customer stakeholders, and work with a team of Account Managers to ensure ongoing growth and excellent customer experience.What You Will Be DoingDevelop and execute growth plans and strategies with new and existing customers across nominated sectors, ensuring growth targets are achievedIdentify and secure new business opportunities across nominated sectorsNegotiate new customer contracts, contract renewals and/or extensions to ensure business needs and financial targets are metEngage, lead and support your team of Account ManagersPosition UHG as a trusted advisor with key industry stakeholdersRepresent UHG at industry forum, customer meetings and eventsIdentify opportunities for new products and services to meet market needsQualificationsWhat You Should HaveDegree qualifications desirable3+ years senior leadership experience within a similar role or industryStrong knowledge of personal injury insurance schemes with specific knowledge of the legal sector and how plaintiff and defendant law firms service these schemesExceptional leadership and customer relationships skillsProven skills in negotiation and influencingStrong communication skills both written and verbal to all stakeholdersStrong commercial acumenAbility to coach and provide feedback in a constructive mannerAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamAdditional InformationThis position is offering an attractive base salary commensurate with experience plus superannuation and STI.Be part of the MedHealth group voted Financial Review Boss Best Places to Work.
