We won the annual SAP awards this year in four categories.Were seeking a Principal SAP Consultant Materials Management (MM) / Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our growing team. This is a senior role for someone with a proven track record of SAP project delivery, not a step-up opportunity. You''ll lead critical project phases, mentor a small team, and work directly with customers to deliver outstanding projects.This is a hybrid role open to candidates anywhere in Australia, with occasional travel to customer sites during key project deliverables such as workshops or go-lives.What youll be doingLead the design, delivery and implementation of complex, integrated configurations across Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), on greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA Cloud projectsOwn end-to-end project responsibilities: requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercareProvide leadership and day-to-day mentoring to junior consultants, ensuring quality and capability upliftAct as a subject matter expert on business processes with customers to define and align business requirements and processes with SAP best practicesEnsure seamless integration with related SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Transport Management (TM), and Asset Management (EAM)Support project governance by contributing to planning, resourcing, and client updatesAct as a strategic advisor and hands-on expert for clients during critical delivery phasesWhat youll bring7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with deep domain knowledge in Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)Demonstrated experience leading SAP implementation projects, with a focus on delivery excellenceStrong mentoring and leadership skills able to guide less experienced team membersConsulting background with exposure to multiple industries and client environmentsExpert with SAP S/4HANA, especially public cloud implementationsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to travel for major project milestonesFlexible work arrangementsWhy DyFlex?Join a close-knit, high-performing SAP delivery team with deep expertise across functional and technical domainsWork hybrid or fully remotely from anywhere in Australia, with flexible hours and a commitment to travel as required for client projectsBe part of a company that values professional growth, autonomy, and capability-buildingAttractive remuneration package and benefits, plus a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development.DyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
