Working alongside the Campus Head of Teaching and Learning, this role helps drive academic excellence and fosters a culture of curiosity and growth across Years 712. It offers strategic and operational leadership in key areas, supporting alignment across campuses and providing a clear pathway for career development into senior teaching and learning roles.This position focuses on building staff capacity in data-informed teaching, leading consistent assessment practices, and coordinating academic enrichment initiatives that celebrate and extend student achievement.
