$40.05 - $65.80 per hour depending on experience About The Role Grampians Health (GH) Ballarat Dental Service is seeking a dedicated Dentist (graduates may apply) to provide high-quality dental care and promote excellence in oral health. The successful candidate will collaborate with Senior Dentists, fellow Dentists, and the Oral Health Services team to meet departmental objectives and uphold exceptional customer service standards. This position offers a great work-life balance in a vibrant regional setting. Key Responsibilities Provide optimal dental care within your scope of practice. Maintain a register of CPD hours and adhere to AHPRA registration conditions. Participate in reviews of the efficiency, effectiveness, and appropriateness of dental services at Grampians Health clinics. Engage in quality improvement activities and meet Key Performance Areas for the Dental Service. Support colleagues professionally and programmatically. Selection Criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Dentist. Operator Licence for Irradiating Apparatus as per the Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations. Recognised tertiary qualifications in Dentistry. Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary dentistry practices relevant to the population served.
