You will coordinate the national allocation of targets across all three services, ensuring alignment with strategy and service priorities. You will maintain accurate records, support the recruitment team with up-to-date data, and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to meeting recruitment goals and supporting Australia''s Defence capability.You will:Coordinate the allocation of targets across the national ADF Careers Recruiting Operations team, in line with the national target fulfilment strategy and the requirements of the services.Maintain a deep understanding of the services'' needs, as well as the wider Recruiting Operations goals and priorities, to enable the most effective contribution to target achievement for ADF Careers.Take direction and guidance from the Target Fulfillment Team Leader, reporting on progress, performance, interactions with the services and any critical, as and when required.Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting, consistent with the framework established by the Target Fulfillment Lead, providing as required and requested to relevant stakeholders across ADF Careers.Maintain and provide accurate reports on target achievement (appointments), providing these as required and requested.Provide support to the Recruiting Operations team and stakeholders on target availability, maximising opportunities and leading with solutions to best enable targets to be filled with the right candidate.Carry out administrative and operational tasks associated with the target fulfilment function and coordinator role.Create and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders and colleagues, ensuring an exceptional level of service to the client (Commonwealth of Australia) to ensure a collaborative approach to achievement for ADF Careers.Candidate''s ProfileIf you have worked in a similar position or just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.Your background will demonstrate:Demonstrated experience in recruitment and/or administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with external stakeholders.Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Process driven with a customer service approach.Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions and stakeholders in a nationally dispersed environment.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.How to applyIf eligible, please submit your resume; applications are open to all qualified Australian citizens regardless of their background, identity, experiences and beliefs.If you need assistance during our recruitment process, please email our friendly TA team at for a confidential conversation.To apply for this position, please submit your application online through our designated platform.
