Each customer interaction will be an opportunity for you to apply your problem-solving skills and excellent customer service ability to resolve at times sensitive enquiries. This role involves working in a team environment that is fast-paced and requires daily rostered phone shifts. Every day you will be supporting members of the public seeking to register or obtain information on births, deaths, marriages, changing of name, changing of gender or justice of the peace.CBS is seeking to establish a pool of experienced, high-performing, and motivated individuals through this process. Over the next 12 months we are anticipating multiple full-time and part-time opportunities across our front-line customer service branches, but we also have immediate vacancies we are seeking to fill now. The duration of these opportunities can be up to a year but can also be shorter.
